Chrystal Lambeth Grover - President
Chrystal is an important component of The Recruiting Specialist’s approach to quality customer service. Twenty-five plus years of marketing, sales, and business operations experience gives her an understanding of customer expectations. She has a proven desire to meet customer demands and develops the client relationship into a true partnership.

Chrystal is a people person and enjoys meeting clients face-to-face for a personal touch. Her involvement in many local organizations and charities gets her out and in touch with the community in which she resides. Chrystal is a lifelong resident of the Triad and enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin, two sons Jason and Sean, and her dog Bella.
Angel Walker - Director of Operations
Ms. Walker has a Major in Business Administration with a concentration in HR. She has over 20 years of HR experience. Ms. Walker is a key component to the success of The Recruiting Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. As the Director of Operations, she handles all aspects of HR, Worker’s Compensation, Safety Management and is a liaison between Client and Employee relations.
Angel is very active in her community, she worked with the Salvation Army for over 10 years and still volunteers to help those in need. She also volunteers with “Free Indeed Outreach Ministry,” which is a food pantry in Greensboro, NC.
Ms. Walker is extremely family oriented as she has 3 children, Reggie, Paris and Kaley. She also enjoys reading, making candles and spending time with her God-daughter, Aleciya.
Bryce Barnard - Finance/ Marketing
Bryce graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro with a degree in Marketing. His role at The Recruiting specialist has evolved into taking on Finances and Marketing. From invoicing to advertising he provides customers with the support to succeed.
Bryce spends his free time with friends and family, hiking outdoors, or playing with his dog Kamper.
He loves meeting new people and seeing clients and applicants when they come into the office. If you’re ever in the office, feel free to say hi!
Rina Rocha - Office Manager
Rina comes to The Recruiting Specialist with several years of experience in the banking and printing industry, where she received a lot of her customer service skills. Ms. Rocha is an essential part of The Recruiting Specialist as a liaison between customers and employees. She helps to make sure Clients with The Recruiting Specialist have the manpower and perfect fit for their company needs.
In leisure times, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 17 years and their 3 children to the beach and mountains. She also loves to read, cook and spend time with her German Shepherd (Lulu) and Cocker Spaniel(Roxy).
Jerry Lambeth - General Manager
Mr. Lambeth is the General Manager and Payroll Specialist at The Recruiting Specialist, which makes him the perfect fit with his previous background. Jerry comes to The Recruiting Specialist with 35 years at Coca Cola and 12 years as Warehouse Manager with Hunter and Company. Mr. Lambeth’s expertise is handling payroll, inventory and anything dealing with numbers. Jerry has been with The Recruiting Specialist as the General Manager and Payroll Specialist for 13 years. He also serves as our Spiritual Advisory- mentoring to staff, employees and applicants.
Mr. Lambeth is a Deacon at church and Sunday school teacher. He has been a Gideon for 22 years, and is the Vice President of the local camp. Jerry writes and records gospel music in his leisure time. He has recorded 14 albums in his personal music studio. He is a proud grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
